TVA Pilot Rank & Career Information:

At TransOceanic, our career progression is structured simulating a "real world" airline. As you fly you accumulate flight hours. These accumulated hours
increase your progression ranking. With your increase in rank comes change in your ranking scale and awarded epaulet. Regardless of rank you as our pilot may fly whichever Category [CAT]
aircraft chosen. The TVA career progression in rank would normally serve as an indicating factor in a "real world" environment, as to what conditions a pilot may fly an approach, ie...ILS (Instrument Landing System).
New hired pilots who have flown for a virtual airline, and would like their hours transferred, may do so by supplying a website link in order that TVA Human Resources be able to
investigate for verification, the accuracy of former hours. These hours (MAX. 150 hours), when transferred will be immediately credited to the TVA rank structure outlined here. All other pilots
are hired as cadets.
Rank & Epaulet Award Structure:

 Cadet 0 to 10 Hours
|
 Co-Pilot 10 to 50 Hours
|
 Captain 50 to 100 Hours
|
 Senior Captain greater than 100 Hours
|

Pilots with TVA regardless of rank accumulate a "virtual" salary, currently set at $0.79 per mile flown. which is added to your virtual career earnings account better known
as your TCEA account. Of course being virtual salary these amounts are simulated not redeemable.
